If you've experienced grief, loss, sadness or hurt, there is a strong possibility that you could have a Heart Wall.
When we're experiencing uncomfortable emotions, our hearts make up energetic layers (like an onion) around themselves, comprising of trapped emotions, to protect the heart from being hurt or broken.
The Heart Wall, is a natural protective mechanism that we all have, and we need it, sometimes though, as stated by Dr Nelson -
"Having a Heart Wall long-term is like living in a bunker or a bomb shelter. It's great for when the bombs are falling, but not a permanent solution. Living in a bomb shelter long-term, would cause you to miss out on the joys of life, and having a Heart Wall is the same concept".
Many people go through life with a Heart Wall, unable to give or receive love, or feel a connection to others. By removing these barriers, lives and relationships can be transformed.
- The Heart wall was discovered in 1998, by Dr Bradley Nelson (Chiropractor - Retired)
